Patterns: We have patterns that we have developed over our life. When we go after new results that means we are doing new things. What we try to do is try and fit the new within our old patterns. What we need to do is develop new schedules and patterns so that the new becomes simply what we do. When you accomplish this, the new results will happen.

Loved the podcast today,

Like many people I get in a rut, even when I use a to do list.

I came accross a technique called Time Boxing, descriced as "an effective getting things done strategy", I'm currently experimenting with it after having kept a diary for a few weeks on how I used my day, and so far so good.

There's lots of articles on the next the ones I found most useful.
