Laughing We definitely choose to be angry. I always felt that there was a logical reason behind feeling angry since sometimes the way people have acted towards me MADE me feel angry and therefore I could easily justify my anger rather than make an effort to suppress it. Thanks for the podcast, it has truly enlightened me!

I got the impression he's not telling us to suppress it, I think he's telling us to get over it as fast as possible.  Don't let it linger and then use it as an excuse for poor behavior or getting off track.
