This is another WOW! It's quite late now to start (early Winter evening on my end here). But ... I have to say I already feel so much lighter. I have this plan of walking within the neighborhood (minus my dog) and concentrate while focusing on beautiful things in my life.
I look forward to doing that "special walk" starting tomorrow. I should schedule it between morning and mid-day, a Springy feel; also the time when the area had settled from the morning hush-hush. That would be bliss!
