How do we maintain focus through distractions?

So many different things can distract us both external and internal. Fighting the internal dialogue that tells us to stop can be very difficult. We cannot talk about focus with looking into our distractions.

That is where my opportunities are hovering... on the whole sleep/establish a standard bedtime and bedtime habits.

 

Self-distraction more than just a fraction. Tommorrow is a new day, a GREAT DAY! Time to get into gear, start focused motion and results will appear!
