Patience - PFR Day 2
We all want to change our weight, get in shape, make more money, improve our jobs, get into or improve a relationship, move past addictions and more. We should want these things, and we should achieve them.
Where we are in out life did not happen overnight. We created our current situation over time and it will take time to change. What we need to do is develop the behavior that over time will create the changes we want. Instead of trying for big quick change, let's develop the thought process that will lead to he change we want and maintain it. Be patient, trust, do and the change you want will happen.
