I have a boss who thinks "big", but has no idea how to take the actions to achieve his big ideas. He's always talking, talking, talking about the accomplishments he wants, but they rarely get achieved.

I have always believed in taking action, making things happen instead of just talking about it. One of my co-workers came across this line she got from a fortune cookie! It is so true:

"Leadership is action, not position"
