Thought Detective
In order to find the cause behind why we are limiting ourselves, we need to find out how we are thinking. We need to catch the automatic thought which starts the process and leads us in the wrong direction. We need to become a thought detective, catch the thought, put it on trial and overrule it. Then we can replace the negative self limiting thought with a new thought that will promote positive behavior and feelings.
