VEry nice. It all leads to successful management of the things in your head and whats important. Knowing my bouts with depression and anxiety, ehich pretty much go hand in hand, finding effective ways to work through needs and pressure is very important
I am living the joy of life, and a life of joy!!!
What we need is within us always, well we might have to turn 3 or so to get a proper feel and perspective.
Pressure is perceived, and propagated through our examples and the media!
IT is not the situation, it is the reponse to the situation!!I said " I'm getting so MAD!" and indeed I did get SO MAD! I say " Isn't life amazing? How things can be moving forwards and come to a sudden stop! I will use this stop to appreciate how lucky I am in SO many ways!"
We all have things and memories to be greatful for. There are some extreme exceptions of people/persons raised in such appalling and just plain evil conditions that have almost nothing good to be greatful for that are not twisted or confused.
The majority though, all have times to recall that make them remember that they are BIG and can feel BIG without making others feel Small!!
Pressure is motivation mispercieved!
Pressure is a calling to action, personal action to enjoy the current moment through presence of thought!
