Today’s Personal Freedom Revolution (PFR) Notes for 01/01/10

Happy New Year…
Happy New Decade…
Happy New Now!

Now is the time that you take back control of your life.

Yesterday’s note asked you to start your day with a smile. We hope you did.

That is your official morning routine for the entire month.

Every morning when you wake up smile. Smile and get excited about taking back control over your life.

Smile about the changes you will create. Smile and get excited.

Then, State Out Loud 3 times: (Go into next room if you have a sleeping partner)

“I love my smile and it feels good!”

Don’t feel rushed to create change. Trust the process, we will soon develop a frame of mind that can achieve anything we decide. Right now the only resolution we are making is to be our personal best.

Every day in the mirror look yourself in the eyes and State Out Loud the following affirmation:

“I am resolved to be my personal best.”

When we are at our best, we are going to make the best choices and our life will change as we do.
Develop the right mindset and instead of setting goals, goals will get achieved naturally. Watch and be amazed as you follow these steps how your life takes on a new shape and it will seem effortless. Trust and have patience.

One more thing we are adding today. I know that might seem like a lot, but we are talking about mental exercises that take seconds. These seconds will change your attitude which in turn will change your behavior, which changes your actions and therefore gives you new results. You have two choices, follow along and create change, or do what you have always done and get what you have always gotten. It is time for change NOW!

It is time to be grateful. Gratitude is the foundation of change.

Gratitude = Hope. Hope creates belief that things can get better. Believing things can get better gives us motivation. With motivation we get into action. Action produces positive results which gives us more to be grateful about and the cycle gets stronger and stronger.

Develop an “Attitude of Gratitude”

State Out Loud a grateful list every morning and every evening.

Don’t make it hard, choose 5-10 items to be grateful for and you can switch them up and mix them around.

Have fun with it and smile.

Remember every day is a gift to be grateful for.

Be grateful that today and everyday onward, you have an opportunity to effect your life and the lives of those around you in a positive way.

Follow the notes and revolt against the thoughts that try and hold you back. Remember you joined a revolution.
It’s time for you to be free to really live the life you want!
