1 Week down

 I have completed my first week of Tool To Life! I have 8 days sober under my belt and 8 days no smoking as well. I have been to the gym consistently this week and I am loving it! Not too sure about the whole brushing my teeth 5 time day but hey I have nothing to loose!  »

What I've been doing

 I lost the weight that I contracted to loose and more.  I'm not at a good healthy weight.  I feel better and I did this by eating the foods that we all know are good for us.   I spent about three months in South Texas without internet access.  That was interesting.  »
