Success Stories: How Does It Work? »
Today I won the fitness challenge that I started at work. I lost 30.5 pounds and won $1000 dollars. I then gave half of the money to my friend Jason who got 2nd by a 0.2% margin! It was never about the money anyway and I feel great about it. »
This whole week has been pretty amazing. Work has been way better, I feel calmer, more relaxed and way more focused and motiovated. It was not a perfect week, but preety close. It all started with being able to empower myself out of bed with the help of the checklist and being on time for the start »
I am working out every day and really enjoying it. I have kept this up for around three months and I have never felt better. I encourage anyone to get moving for at least a half hour a day, you will love it. »
And what an amazing journey this has been and (now I know) will continue to be!!! It has obviously taken me more than the 90 standard days...some lessons take more time to integrate than others, and I am a great believer that as long as you keep moving forward, it is ok to take your time, to take it »
Okay - that may seem like I am being boostful, but damn it! I am amazing! and it's okay to say it!!!!! For years (16 to be exact) I worked on restoring old victorian houses with my "X". I embraced it. I loved it! I hated it! I choose to do it, and I learned so much about fixing houses »
