3 month goal

 

Since writing out and affirming my goals for the next three months, I have been able to keep one small strategy on the straight.

Each day I have accomplished my required number of crunches. Building up from 50 to 100 to 125.  My goal is to build up to 200 a day by three months - but I may need to amend this as I am going so well.
