New Abs Challenge - Day 4

...and visions of tight abs, well toned back and arms and a tight b__ running through my head...well, you know what I mean Wink.

Today I bent over to polish my toe nails and I noticed something brand new...a new found confidence bending at my waist.

As a chiropractor, I am a Master at noticing all subtle changes in my own body and in life.  I teach my patients to be able to notice the SLIGHTEST improvements first...and there is more where they came from.

Whatever you focus on you get more of...so I teach them (and I "practice" myself) to start focusing on all of the good things and more good things will expand or show up.

My self care has been inconsistent to totally missing at moments since my last relationship ended.

I exercised and kept my weight in check for totally different reasons than I'm interested in right now.

I was addicted to exercising in the gym 6 days each week for 2 1/2 hours to 3 hours each time.

I lost 50 pounds in 1979 and maintained that weight loss until 2 years ago this Christmas...the first Christmas after ending my relationship.

What I am noticing is that I have had to re-define the reasons for taking great care of myself.

I'm noticing my motivation is increasing and showing up in brand new ways...YAY!

The Abs Challenge is the secret ingredient for me to be consistent at creating this wonderful new habit for ME!
