A small success makes me feel really big!

 One of my daily action goals under my physical fitness goal was to stop eating candy at work on Tuesday nights. It's always freely available and there's lots of it I'm a sucker for candy and goodies, so I never have it at home. And only recently have I been able to not go grab a bag »

no soda

 Today is the end of my third week without soda, I haven't gone this long since high school track season. The headaches are gone and I feel more energetic in the mornings. Not to mention better hydrated because it is all water and juice now.  »
