It's been an amazing week for new activiities, friendships and lots of laughter.
My 89 year old friend, Joe, taught me how to play Bocce Ball yesterday. He was amazed at how good I was considering I had never played before...of course I was loving that result...it's really fun to play.
I started learning how to ride a Trikke. I practice for about 30 minutes everyday. It reminds me of the days of learning how to ride a bicycle...I haven't found the "sweet spot" that they refer to yet, but I WILL!
One of my best friends for years, Linda, who is an acupuncturist got so excited by what I was doing that she bought one also and we are going to get together next Friday and ride them...or practice...or whatever is supposed to happen that day.
One thing for sure I will be having fun when I'm doing it (GOALS - DAY 9)
I'm going to a Garden Party later this afternoon...I will be meeting many new people and I'm really excited about that.
I added several new people to my patient base this week...always up for making a difference for others physically and emotionally, mentally.
AND I had many more conversations/emails with friends who are a part of this program...all over the world...this is the utimate of making friends.
Tools to Life has opened me wide open for all of these...THANK YOU...THANK YOU...THANK YOU!
