Less & Less Inches Around...

I have "shrunk" another 2 1/2 overall inches...the total is now up to 5.88"!

My whole body is redistributing itself...I feel good...it's not as easy to pinch that inch around my waist and my energy is soaring.

I remember several years ago (1994) when I worked with a nutritionist for some special challenges I was having.

I looked like I was several months pregnant and overall I just did not look healthy.

Through his evaluation we discovered that my kidneys were not doing a great job filtering out the water in my system.

He put me on a plan of Standard Process supplements, addressed some parasites that I had and it was amazing what happened.

From March to October I didn't lose a pound, but what happened is my entire body totally redistributed and I reduced down 1-2 sizes (depending on what I wore).

If it wouldn't have personally happened to me I would have had a hard time believing that was possible.

So as my body is changing inch by inch I smile inside knowing the results that are coming down the way.
