The time has gone by so fast! I can see several others have hit the 90 day mark today and I can relate to what they are saying.
Here are some of my most meaningful accomplishments:
I know my red lights and I don't feel ashamed to enforce them.
I drink more water and I am exercising almost every day.
It is ok to Faggetabout lots of stuff. I even have a "get out of jail free" card to remind myself that I don't need to be stuck in bad feeling places.
I have also been sharing my tools with people around me. I believe in myself and I am capable of making things happen, even tough things!
I feel powerful over my life. I use my "to do" lists and accomplish some amazing things. At the end of the day, I feel fulfilled satisfied excited to get into my comfortable bed and sleep sleep sleep knowing tomorrow is another adventure.
My check lists make me smile. I love that I have them and enjoy using them.
I still have a long way to go and I love that too! When undesirable things come my way or I get a bit off track, I know what to do to get back on. That in itself is peace of mind.
I put more focus and energy into what I do. "Turning in on" makes me think of a Yoga stretch. You think you are at your limit, then you breathe in, refocus, exhale and move into the stretch farther. I am not sure how it is possible to go farther sometimes but it happens!
I am grateful....
