The Emergence of Strength and Courage

Yep its happening I realise that I can conquer that negative insignificant little guy that has for so many years made me doubt my ability even doubt my worth.

Well little guy its your turn to hide as a new internal change occurs as regardless of my circumstances I am couregeous I have new strength and I am learning to calm myself and so this day I stand in awe at the reality of my being at the strength that is me. I will face my challenges with a new conviction recognising the opportunities in each of these challenges. I will learn patience and I will change my life.

The road may be tough but im tougher.
