Visualizing Toned, Strong & Vital

Walking today felt exceptionally good.

I completed Day 8 of my Abs Challenge and I was actually looking forward to doing the Oxycize exercises.

Most of my acute soreness is gone, my muscles shake very little and I keep getting stronger.

Everytime I walk I continue to do EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).  Today I tapped in a whole group of good things...toned muscles, strong cell communication, great connections throughout all of my muscles, organs and glands.

Towards the end of my walk I felt myself and visualized my body like it was when I was in my late 20's.

At that time, I was running and lifting weights.  My long toned legs and where they were attached caused quite a distraction for those driving by on the Air Force base where I lived in Minot, ND. Wink

I felt what it was like to be in such great shape...felt what it was like having the confidence in my body...the way it moved...the way it looked.

And then I had a few other visualizations which I don't want to shock any of you with on this public blog Innocent

It feels so good to be moving and exercising regularly again.

The interesting part is that the way I'm eating...cooking really great meals...the amount of water I'm drinking...my sleep...the self loving thoughts that are coming up...so many healthy choices are coming out of the Abs Challenge.
