Anyone can create a goal. Setting a Goal is a great start, but often we lose focus, and the goal becomes a nice-to-have after a few days or weeks.

Last Update: Feels real nice to be back. I am travelling (flying) back home today. It is in total, a 25 hours trip! So I have snacks, and will make sure I eat a little and regular. I haven't been that vigilant while travelling... looking forward to being back home where I ahve access to plenty of green veg and fresh fruits!! I am craving them!!!
