Anyone can create a goal. Setting a Goal is a great start, but often we lose focus, and the goal becomes a nice-to-have after a few days or weeks.

Last Update: I am not keeping the pace with everyone. I do my days but not assiduously. even if I follow some of the guidelines I do not follow it all. I believe I will do it all but way later than everyone else. it's the same with my life as well: I did my masters but graduated 10 years after everyone, am still not married or in a relationship. I don't feel I can do it all.I very much feel disempowered, even though all of this is within my own power. how come?
Last Update: I joined Curves, and lost 12 inches. I am going back to the idea of small little meals. I have been binging since joining Curves this exercise makes me so hungry and I need to get back on the program. Eat small meals.
