Hello all

I finally learned how to use intro block.

I was born and grew up in Boston, graduated from a than all girls school called Brimmer and May. Went to the School of Education at Boston University for 2 years before going to Europe. There I lived in Italy for a few months, Norway for about 2 years and England for a few month as well as traveling in 18 European countries.  Broke my ankle in Norway and went back to the US.  Married in 1967 and went to Japan to live for 3 1/2 years as my husband was a Navel officer. Returned to the US and lived in Huntington Long Island NY for 29 years.  After 27 yrs of marriage got divorced. A year later met my Chilean, through my ex's sister-in-law. After 3 years together in the States, we moved to Chile.

I have done many things in my life.  Been a supervisor of a community center in Japan, worked for a brokerage firm, been a travel agent, worked in both Supply and Personnel in a VA hospital, Had my own cooking school in LI, taught English in many counties including as a second language in the US, Been a massage therapist and Reiki master for the last 20 years.  Had a healing center in Santiago Chile. Now I am involved in online internet marketing.

Nunoa is the part of Santiago that I live in, and Gringa is Spanish and stands for non Latin female

I joined TOOLS because:
 I love studying about self-development and self help. One can never stop learning about one's self. Tools to Life was recommended to me by one of my mentors, Janet Legere.
My favorite wild animal is:
 Elephant
Why (describe as much as possible):
 They are so majestic, have long memories and are not afraid of other animals.
My favorite domestic animal is (if you choose dog be specific with breed etc):
 cats, all types even wild
Why:
 They are so graceful. they can be as much of a champion as a dog. My cat greets us at the door and rolls back and forth, so we can rub her belly, she sits beside us when we eat and watches TV on our laps.
A famous Chef will prepare anything you want. What do you order:
 I have eaten many interesting foods in the many countries I have been in. But my favorite foods are Maine Lobster, Maryland Crab and New Orleans shrimp. It would depend on what the chef was famous for as to what I would order, maybe he won't know how to really cook, lobster, crab or shrimp. I would want to try something he/she did well.
