Day 9--a little progress

I am finding that if I do the tools too late in the evening, that I tend to go to bed thinking about them.  I am energized and want to get right on them--and it keeps me awake!  So today I am doing them earlier so I can do some relaxing and winding down before bedtime.  Today went fairly smooth, including adding  the drinking and the 2-10 minute tasks of improvement.  Just putting my stuff away and off the dining room table made me feel better.  Also planning what I will wear the next day helps when I get up with a half- awake mind!

The reading and Brain Train were both very good today.  The concept of what a goal is versus a result was a new thought.  ...Pat...

METHODICALLY ...

Good for you to do that.  You are so right.  Doing it late evening is a little bit daunting (cramming and all those).  I know some members who get up very early in the morning to do their Tools.  I think it's also great.  I've done it on some occasion (was ready to go for an early start - the weather turned out very bad, cancelled it then went to do my Tools).  It was really good.

As to planning the next day's needs, I do the same thing.  Clothes, underthings, shoes, bag, etc.  Since I often get up much ahead of the hub, I organize them all in the adjacent room (light and little noise are contained in there to avoid disturbing a snorting partner).  And it's really a breeze to slip them all in with no brouhaha.  I wear a lot of turbans (different colours and hues) and one time, I forgot to add it to my next day ensembles.  And to my disappointment, I had to wear one which doesn't blend with my whole get-up.  I can't turn the house upside down at such an ungodly time.   Lesson learned.  Everything has to be gathered night before.  Makes life much easier.

Thanks for the share.  Keep on posting.  Clap, splash, brush, smile.  Have a great day, Pat!
