my Sucesses

I've finished 90 days of tools and feel very sucessful. In the begining one of my goals was to reach 200lbs.(this was gaining weight as I am a thin person)I've wanted to be bigger my whole life, always trying to gain weight.I used the goal tracker stayed focussed and played my self help tape.I did it!Along the way I wrestled with thoughts of being able to do it and not thinking I could, but I kept going.Even now writing about it I'm surprised I did it.This was a big accomplishment for me.

Another sucess I've learned from tools is the ability to do something every day to get the results/benefits youwant. It is easier to tell yourself you'll do it tomorrow but that just gave me an excuse to procrastinate. All those 2-10 minutes of cleaning really produced results in my life.Whether it was just ease of movement in my home or mental clarity clean spaces improve my life.

I've sucessfully worked with negative thoughts and though patterns that in the past were giving me nothing but torment.Fagetta-bout it does wonders.

I feel more sucessful than I have ever in my life,as I have always wanted to reach my goals and complete the things that I soo excitedly start.I'm soo thankful for the improvements that tools has helped me make in my life.Thnak you Thank you
