Tom Papp Memorial

So Saturday was the memorial for Tom Papp, a great man with a lot of friends and a great influence to many more. The weather at home has been typical Central Calif. winter, foggy, cold, dreary. Saturday's weather for the TPM was absolutely perfect, 75 and sunny. Made me enjoy the day that much more.

It's kind of weird to describe a memorial as a bitchin' day, but it was. Is that wrong? I sure hope not because it gave me pause to think about my life, where I've been, where I'm at, and where I'm going. I know now that life is too short to worry about the small things. Tommy was proof of that.

You are missed Tom, but I'm sure you were smiling down on us Saturday.

Thanks for letting me be a part of this community, TTL has really helped me to see things from a different set of eyes so to speak.

Viva 2010!

..there is always a silver lining

Though your friend will be deeply missed, great way to see the positive in things!
