I'm sorry...
you are having a bad day. The one thing to remember, is that nothing ever stays the same. We can always look forward to change and this bad day will not last forever. I hope you are feeling better soon!
March to your nearest mirror annndd...
When I was training to become a Stock Trader our team had a saying: Motion creates emotion.Perhaps listening to some of your favorite music -something that will get ya movin', singing along.. maybe even a little dancing will lift your spirits.. have you tried that? Another great tool is to repeat to yourself while looking in a mirror: My attitude is my decision and SMILE ..and mean it : ) Everyone has those days, but the great thing you know is that we, as individuals, have the power to change it! Hang in there.
potatoes+loud music=good day
Thanks! I actually went out and bought the stuff to make potato ham chowder, perfect day for it and it gave me something to do. Turned on some Revolution Mother and cooked, just ate and I must say it was pretty damn good.
Thanks again for the support. Now to do my TTL for today.
i hear ya!
i felt like the 3rd week or so i lost my mojo and had to keep trucking back through it. i think maybe that's normal for where you are in the program. i'm around day 31 or so now and am feeling motivated every day to keep coming back, if only to say i completed another day. it gets easier to get into it the further along you go.
by the way, nothing like music to change some brain chemistry, eh? keep it up!
