I just bought a new desktop (Gateway from Cosco) and for some reason I can't see any TOOLS videos, hear audios OR my recently added music (nor anyone else's for that matter). when I put my curser over the daily video it changes to the hand but when I click........nothing. same with The Daily Audio. i'm semi computer lit. and fairly good on tech. so if someone has ANY idea what to do please help me! THANK YOU!

I joined TOOLS because:
 A friend of mine was kind enough to share with me how amazing this program has been for him. From there I went to the site and now I'm HOOKED! Was always writing myself little notes with goals on them but then would lose the notes or they would just clutter the house. NOW, with TOOLS, Everything is in one place and I am accountable. But what I really love is all the extra space one has to write about what is going through their mind. sometimes we need to verbally work through things before we can get down to the business of changing our lives.
You are offered your dream job. What job is it?:
 I have it now. I am Mommy.
My favorite wild animal is:
 Wild animals are boring. I like the ones at the zoo.
Why (describe as much as possible):
 Because you get to see them up close. I've been to Africa. You can't really get too close to those animals.
My favorite domestic animal is (if you choose dog be specific with breed etc):
 Golden Retrievers and kitty cats.
Why:
 Goldens love, love, love. Cats are fun to snuggle with on your bed.
A famous Chef will prepare anything you want. What do you order:
 Filet Mignon in a red wine pepper sauce with morrell mushrooms on top and a salad from his/her garden with a tangy salad dressing. Then chocolate cake and milk.
