Today's Goal

 Today's goal is to get my food ready and do carb counting before I take my shot. Yesterday on my walk I decided that needs to be my new focus.  Okay done 53 carbs for 1/2 of ch. fried steak dinner just remembered we're going out!  I get 60 carbs per meal. Not counting snacks. »
