Staging ~ Update

 

Staging the house went smoother than I thought. I put a few things out and the Realtor

said that furniture places will put some in for the free advertising I was glad to hear that.

One less thing for me to worry about!  

 

Update;

We've un-staged the house took the tree down the open house did not happen in Dec. so had to get the tree out before the open house this weekend. Still waiting on furniture.

 

Housing market down turn has ripple effects more on used homes than new ones but during the holidays a slow time. Trying to keep our spirits up about this.
