Long Winter

It's been a long winter

and does not seem to be  over yet.

But the good news is I'm past the

pain in my shoulder from over use doing stuff like pruning  trees in the back yard and

making knitting & crochet prayer shawls.

I'm able to write sketch and draw.  

So I'm changing some of my actives.  

Making the change to focus on

things I enjoy

made a big difference pulling me

out of a dark season in my life I call it blue funk aka depression.

I had to adjust to some health changes

after the type I diagnoises last July.

I'm doing much better now, my last A1C was 

5.0 the doc. said eat more!

That's always good news!
