I have great bed time routine!
Been reading a head a bit.
I do not watch tv news with in an hour of bed time. And I'm working on no tv 30 min. before bed. Set clothes out the day before. Hubby is on a different schedule and in bed early, he locks up. I like to have classical music on to relax if it's been a stressful day. Soft lighting helps too. Love the read something 15 min. before bed works in to my two books a week reading goals! Affirmations will have to be done in the other room so I don't wake hubby up. Go to bed on time ten for me.
Setting my intention for the day the night before really seems to work well for me!
“Tomorrow is going to be a great day!”
I do sleep well and do not have trouble with insomnia like others I've read about.
I like to visualizations now and on my daily walks after my prayer times. I do breathing then too. It helps me to clear out stress!
