I decluttered the basement this winter. Doing 15 min. at a time I went through the book cases boxes drawers cupboards storage areas and craft & sewing zones. Each week we hauled off stuff in the trunk and back of the truck it's a great feeling to have this done! Yea!!! I ha »

The Buzzing of Bees

When I stand under it I can hear the buzzing of bees in the apple tree. The fragrance is sweet. It's as tall as a two story house. I can see this from the patio swing. So inspiring! Then I came inside and did some sewing got two recieving blankets hemmed it felt good to get those done! &nbs »

I found a quilt for mom to embrodery on then I got the embrodery floss for it; this project has been sitting around waiting for me to get in in the mail. I needed one of those envelopes to put it in and post it before May 12 when postage goes up. So today I did it! This felt so good! Glad to ha »

Bread Machine

Weight Loss Success

Hubby has lost 12 pounds since retiring over half way to his current goal. He's loosing this again. But in the 6 weeks that he's been off;he's made progress on the weight loss front this is great news because I'm down a pant size too! Doing extra walks with him has been good fo »

Maintaining

I got the five lbs. off that I put on during turkey day week. Yard work and clean up for exercise has helped me maintain my weight keeping it off for 2.5 yrs. now. »

Holiday Planning/ New House

I Put up the tree at the job site. Some other staging it done over there too. I was SO glad I had a back up plan when the pc was down I used the cards in the card file system and have a few more things done it feels great to check these things off the list! »

Carpet

Hubby came home all excited yesterday after checking on the job site the carpet was in and he said that I did a good job of picking out the colors. I gotta say that felt really good. I can't wait to see it myself. »
