Friday Inspiration.... SUPER Moon!

 

Good morning! Today in my email I received the "Friday Inspiration" from Tools. I always read these, but seldom comment. However; today the title struck me: "What is love?" so, of course that song came to me with the bobble head dudes singing "What is love, baby don't hurt me, baby don't hurt me...." well, if you're old enough you remember "Night at the Roxbury" and you know the song.

 

Today is supposed to be a "SUPER" moon...according to my ASStrology friends, and of course the cosmos is a giant ball of confusion as this event hasn't occurred in who knows how many years. It's a combination of a NEW moon and a FULL moon, and it's aligned with Gemini... and whatever else, I think Cheeseburgers. It's all set to wreak havoc on relationships... Oh BUNK! If you give it power, then maybe it will...

 

What does this have to do with love? It's all around us. Everywhere. Truly everywhere!

Ok, that may sound a tad sappy, but it's true. If you CHOOSE love, you get it. There's this great song by James Blunt.... it goes "How I wish I had chosen heaven from hell"....

 

I always try and choose love (Heaven) over hell (being angry, resentful and  fearful).

 

So, this is my "drive-by" blog today. As I enter 2009, I look back on how 2007 was shaped by Tools, especially entering 2008. What a fabulous year of challenges, changes, transitions, and most of all - LOVE!

 

2009 is going to be AWESOME! I extend so much gratitude to Coach and this wonderful site called Tools to Life. I keep looking forward. Urging you all to do the same, too. Economy be damned - turn the news off and create your own world. I have and it works.

 

Hasta La Vista, Baby! What a GREAT day on this "SUPER" MOON Friday. (Ya know, you'd think they could come up with a more powerful name for it than "super"....)
