Jazz - all of it. Too many to list. The classics, Moonlight Sonata, Rock, mostly all of it -- Beatles, Yardbirds, Morrison, Stones, etc. New: Joss Stone, James Blunt, more to come, all of Mowtown, Stevie Wonder, Elton John, Queen, Duke Ellington, Wayne Shorter, Johnny Lee Hooker, Kenny G, Harry Conick, Jr., Birdman, Crosby Stills Nash with or without Young, Neil Young, Otis Reding, Jethro Tull, David Sandborn, Stan Getz, just not too much country.
Books:
Well, I prefer thought provoking literature, lots of philosophy stuff. Otherwise, all of James Michener's because of the extensive research, mostly non-fiction though. Too big a job to think about this. Read all the time.
Favorite Places:
The beach at Long Beach Island, NJ, without a doubt. Amsterdam, Hawaii, Maine and other New England haunts, San Francisco, Philadelphia, lots of places have beauty... San Antonio, Belgium, Italy, Chicago!

No possible way can list them. My favorite of all time is Casablanca. Another that comes to mind is Scent of a Woman, all of Pacino's movies. Most of Robin Williams too. Another is Life is Beautiful. On the opposite spectrum, Waking Ned Devine. Embarrassing, but I love Dumb and Dumber.
TV:
No too much. Here and there check in on the following shows, but not frequent enought to be really "in the know": Lost, Wife Swap, American Idol, Dancing with the Stars, Brothers and Sisters. I can't commit the time. Oh, but I love Food Network and TLC's What Not To Wear and Trading Spaces.
