Looks like your stuck on day 72, come on get movin, lest finish tools, you be much better then :-) Do it now!!! day 73 if waiting for you then you soon be at day 90 grad day, it feels so good... can't you feel it!!!
Being divorced and on my own for a year and half after a thirty year marriage, I am finally feeling renewed. Life is full and bustling, I am no longer a hermit in the woods. My cityscape house and home is teaming with warmth and invitation. Each day is presented to me as a gift, and it feels wonderful. Although the dating scene today is much different than the world I left 35 years ago, it is at last something I've learned to navigate, after quite a large learning curve :) Meeting new people and exploring new places is my current agenda. I attend a culinary school in Tuscany, Italy each Spring. Further travels are planned for the future.
At mid-life, filling this section would be vast. I have lived so thoroughly and fully, that there are no regrets. I had a very difficult childhood, a home of abuse, alcohol and neglect, an early adulthood of living in fear of death from cancer. My only goal in life was to have children and be the best mother that ever lived and raise successful people into adulthood -- to undo my own horrors. I have achieved that goal beyond my greatest hopes and dreams. Then, left alone, I had to face the demons within. About 15 years ago, I moved my parents in with us, provided personal day to day care for them, they lived with us for five years, and then passed away. I learned so much about life, the gifts we have, so many things through forgiveness. I forgave my folks and gave them, probably, the best (last) five years of their life. Forgiveness brings us through.
My future is going to be a great one. I am building so many new dreams and trying to develop as many artistic talents as I possibly can. And, of course, it is my hope that my future will be filled with a very special love, one that I have yet to experience in this life. But, I know what its going to feel like, I will know it when I find it.
It appears to be something new and self-realizing.
You are offered your dream job. What job is it?:
Actually, I love what I'm doing. Any interest in change is from burnout. I teach people how to start businesses and write business plans.
My favorite wild animal is:
Monkeys and chimpanzees of all species. Also I love the sleek movement profile of a cheetah. I have, each Spring, baby hawks live on my place. I love them, but they scream constantly, and one time they tried to pick up a rabbit but they're stupid about size, weight and I get to find dead things while they learn to hunt.
Why (describe as much as possible):
They most resemble us. Female chimps have just been found to create tools!
My favorite domestic animal is (if you choose dog be specific with breed etc):
Dog - the Shitzu.
Most dogs, my dog, brought many hours and years of joy to my life. She loved us hard, unconditionally.
A famous Chef will prepare anything you want. What do you order:
Duck or lamb
Challenge: Specific intense taste, and yet, can be paired with so many cuisines, spices, fruits, flavors.
Five people either dead or alive you would have at your fantasy dinner party::
Paul McCartney, Robert Duvall, Carl Sagan, Einstein, Neale Donald Walsch
Incredible conversation. And, oh, I fell in love with Paul McCartney when I was 8 when the the Beatles debuted on the Ed Sullivan show.
If a pilot would fly you anywhere you want, you would go to:
My perfect slice of pizza is:
Thin, crispy, browned so, clear, fresh marinara, not oily, the freshest mozzarella. Plain and simple, it's perfection.
You are at a bar. You order this drink:
Do I want a cocktail? Winter, Jamison's straight up; summer, gin and tonic. Adventurous... a martini. Normally, wine.
You are at a coffee shop. What coffee or tea do you order:
The best Brazilian coffee, freshly roasted beans, and ground before ordering. Only add half and half. That's it.
If a genie could grant you three wishes they would be (separate by commas):
Make me look like 25 and still know what I know, in other words, be 52, Let me play music so well I bring the house down, not just one experience, but have it for always, A man who will cherish me and make me a priority in his life.
You are going on a long road trip and you can only bring three CD's. Which ones do you bring
(separate by commas):
It's funny, I had three listed here, but it just happens to be the three that I'm listenting to now frequently. But I do have an ipod and it has hundreds of cd's in it. I'm sure that would work.
If I could do anything for my neighborhood today, it would be:
There's nothing to do. We're all ok. Help each other, speak when we see each other. They're spaced out. Can't see my neighbors unless I go out onto the road.
A sunset I remember:
A view not seen from the ground... flying a small plane to learn night flight, off my right wing, a huge perfectly orange ball of sun and directly off my left wing, the same size huge orange ball of rising moon. Unbelieveable.
Any character I could be from a movie, TV show or book would be:
Actually not a character that someone invented, but rather a real person, Kathryn Hepburn.
She's a combination of my mother and one who has lived authentically.
