Getting Started

 

Well here goes nothing.  My husband has had some great success on this, so I thought I would give it a try.  His thought was we can ALL use something from this.

I have been 'trying' to become more healthy and loose weight for let's see ... 10 years (since college).  And apparently the excuses take over.

I would like to have a baby in the next 3 years and know that having excess weight is not a healthy way to get preganant.  I have been pregnant twice, yet I have no kids. 

If I want to be healthy and have a healthy child I need to change something.

 

So it's a new year and My husband and I are putting ourselves first.

 

Thanks to EllisMate for having the Coach on his Faction Show.  I'm sure it has helped a tremendous amount of people.

Congrats and Good Luck. This program has helped me in more ways than I ever expected.

 

Incidentally, Ellis is how I found this site as well. And it was by sheer coincidence because I was in someone else's vehicle. I don't have sattelite radio in my car.
