I am a student, a Buddhist, a positive thinker, a man starting a new life. I am not a young man, but people always think I am! I am in school learning a new career so I can get out of a career field that is on the rocks. I am getting married in May to a wonderful woman. I am moving forward and making changes. I joined TOOLS because:
 I'm trying to overcome my extremely negative thought patterns. I believe my negative way of thinking is holding me back in life.

 Rock star, of course!
My favorite wild animal is:
 The pelican.
Why (describe as much as possible):
 I recently went on a trip to the California coast and was fascinated by pelicans on patrol near the fishing pier. They fly around in squadrons... They make crazy, sudden dives that look like they're just falling out of the sky... They sort of affably nudge away the little sea birds that come to try to scavenge their fish when they're in the water... And they always look like they're smiling. Plus, they get to live their whole lives on the beach!
My favorite domestic animal is (if you choose dog be specific with breed etc):
 The Norwegian Elkhound.
Why:
 I grew up with 'em. They're strong, loyal, intelligent, and love to have their bellies rubbed!
A famous Chef will prepare anything you want. What do you order:
 Sushi, sushi, and more sushi. Plus miso soup and seaweed salad. With something chocolate for dessert.
Why:
 Because sushi is awesome.
Five people either dead or alive you would have at your fantasy dinner party::
 Joseph Campbell, Robert Anton Wilson, Frank Zappa, Stephen Hawking, and Siddhartha Guatama (who might know better as The Buddha.)
Why:
 CAN YOU IMAGINE THE CONVERSATIONS THEY'D HAVE? I wouldn't say a word, I'd just sit back and take notes!
If a pilot would fly you anywhere you want, you would go to:
 Ireland. I've always wanted to see the land my grandparents came from. Then I'd have to visit Germany too, and see where the other side of the family came from.
My perfect slice of pizza is:
 Pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives. Although I'm not really supposed to be eating a lot of pizza.
You are at a bar. You order this drink:
 A Guinness or local microbrew stout. Or an aviation cocktail.
You are at a coffee shop. What coffee or tea do you order:
 A mocha or a some chai tea.
If a genie could grant you three wishes they would be (separate by commas):
 Unlimited funds, unlimited travel, and a very long life.
You are going on a long road trip and you can only bring three CD's. Which ones do you bring (separate by commas):
 Neil Young - Live Rust, Wilco - Sky Blue Sky, Dave Brubeck - On Time.
If I could do anything for my neighborhood today, it would be:
 Bring new businesses into the strip mall down the street. It's mostly empty now and getting rundown. It would make more jobs and revitalize the neighborhood.
A sunset I remember:
 Took my first trip to the west coast last week. I had always wanted to watch the sun set over the sea. I have pictures from the night before we came home, watching the sun sink into the Pacific, framed by palm trees. Beautiful.
Any character I could be from a movie, TV show or book would be:
 James Bond, I think. I'm thinking the Connery/Moore/Lazenby years. Those were the most fun!
Why:
 Dashing, suave, resourceful, determined, strong, agile, intelligent, well-traveled, cultured, brave, daring, a smooth talker... Need I go on? Plus all the gadgets and gorgeous women! And it's never a dull moment for 007.
