three week milestone

I ahd a meeting with BOSS not nervous told her what was on my mind..first time I saw her at my level not better then me.

Took the expressway beat the phobia..

Not to procrastinate..not putting off nothing for tomrrow..do it done with it..

Lost 15 pounds in the summer vacation..

Learned to control myself complaining...biting my tongue alot..also not hurting peoples feelings..

Learning to not letting tiny or anything get to me..its not personal.. they are probably having a bad day..

Learned to let my son go..He is 9 and needs to defend himself at some point ..I am not forever.. I wil from far away be watching over him like an angel..

Learning to read a book.. never thought it would be interesting..on my first though..

I smile alot now.. even say good morning and afternoon.. even when they do not.. some been doing it for three weeks and guess what now they answer back..

well i have a lot more but leaving it for the next time..  Barbie
