guilty

whatever goes wrong, or another way that I planned, I start feeling guilty. How can I overcome the feeling, because it is quite depressing?

i don't know if this is the right answer for you but i just say it.

i think a good way to maybe overcome the feeling is.

just get in a comfi place chair or anything whatever feels comfortable close your eyes and start relax all the muscles in your body.

breath in trough your nose and out trough your mouth very slowly and concentrate on your breathing.

when your all relaxed try to make your mind clear for yourself.

it doesn't matter if you can't do it right away just look at the things you see in you when your mind is not clear and let the thoughts slip away again do this until you have a clear mind.

now picture a stairs with 10 steps

picture yourself walking down the stairs.

while you do this you count the steps from 10 until 0.

now you can go think about the things that went wrong and why the went wrong.

also if the things that were not going acording to plan you can review.

imagine the way you wanted the things to happen and keep in mind you do it that way next time.

when your done with all this imgine yourself walking up the stairs again again counting the steps but now from 0 to 10.

when you reach step 10 open your eyes.

i don't know if this really helps for you but well you can try it right
?

for me it works atleast.
