How do you stick to the discipline after finishing the 92-day program?

Hello dear all

I'd like to know how graduates stick to the discipline after finishing. Do you do the program all over again, one day at the time? I tried twice, but it seems different now without the novelty of the first time.

Thanks for reading and even more thanks if you reply!

says: I have redouble my daily checklist efforts. After graduation, my faithfulness toward the checklist has vastly improved and getting better every day. Doing the checklists daily, self made audio daily, and living the recreated me, opens new frontiers continuously.

says: I think it's better the second time because I don't have any of those nagging doubts.

says: I am doing the program again and I find it different because I am different this time and have more focused goals. I look at the exercises in light of my new focus. hope that helps Zenda

says: No, I finished. I don't know why it shows as if I were on day one.

The key for me is using the TOOLS....yes, I am reviewing the program one day at a time as part of the journey together support group to enhance my understanding of the tools - but it is applicaiton of the tools that propells me forward and keeps me motivated.

I have acheived even more since finishing the program in ways that are very important to me by staying on task with the actual tools.  I agree with Goku - stick to the TOOLS you learned the first time - particularly the checklists and to do lists.

I would also add monitor your goal trackers and keep recreating new ones and bench mark your progress with where you are at with your goals throughout the goal period.  I recommend that you document milestones and success stories to stay in tune with your goals and progression towards accomplishing them...especially the long term ones.

Also consider establishing goal trackers for goals that were not specifically identified in the program.  And consider joining or starting a challenge to keep you company.  That is why I enjoy the journey together as I know I am at least on pace with others on the day and I can read what others share as we review each day.

Yes - tools was work the first time - remember the pace?  That is the same pace I work towards everyday in all areas....keeping as many plates spinning as I can for each day.

I'm sure you will get this figured out for you!  Good question.....I think about that alot...I want to make it all work after finishing and all the effort I put in the first time.

I am only in day 2, and last night I briefly thought the same thing "what do people do when they are done?"

well, Im strongly beleive that 90 days of using tools will give me the lessons I need to live a better life. Here in the very beginning I already feel my will to change dramatically improved now that I have this site as my guide.

Also, what I have already picked up from the readings is that helping others is also benificial to improving yourself.  So, in saying that, wouldnt it help if you still took an active part in the community after finishing the program by helping others.  This way you will continue to practice what you preach when being a part of the community.

I think the biggest thing is sticking with the check lists you made.  As your life evolves so does your check lists.  Always update your goals as well.  If you are getting closer to your goals you should be checking off your results and moving on to the next ones, also updating your visualizations and recordings.  And if you need a little boost, go back and run through some of your favorite lessons.

Remember you are in control.
