Better

Today was a much better day. Yesterday ended better than it started too. I really don't like feeling like that, I used to like the feeling of rage. I know it's weird but I did. Not anymore tho.  I want to really thank all of you guys that helped me out, it was really cool & it really helped me to focus a little better.

Master Your Words

I have been finding that the more I say that I f!@#$ing Hate something the more rage and the more hateful I feel. It is the most difficult thing to stop saying in my head I hate the traffic I hate this town I hate this job but if for just a moment I try to alter that inner hateful thought it gives me a second to regroup. I am certainly working on that rage, proof by the cup of soda that went flying out the window yesterday(sorry whoever you where) but it takes concious decisions to change the pattern that starts the blood boiling. I have stopped fighting , even stopped hitting the bag because it is an outlet for the rage and what I need first is to get that under control and then train for the right reasons. The dust cant settle until the shaking stops. Stay in Touch.

Good News!!!!

Good for you!!!!! Glad to see you are getting things to turn around!!!!  Keep going!!!!!!
