Negativity

Yesterday i realized that I was putting a negative film on everything that I looked at, enverything! I don't need to, I don't want to. I noticed an immediate improvment in myself, in the way I view everything & everybody. It feels REALLY good to have that weight taken off.

To recognize that is the best way to change it. :)

Maybe you want to try "Happy for no Reason" by Marci Shimoff. That one's a great book. I am a pretty happy person myself, but I loved the "Award game". You take a look around andgive the most ridiculousawards for "Best yellow flower on this day", "Best little barking dog this day", "Greatest flowery dress on a big woman", etc.

It's so much fun that I implement it often. :D

AND it gets you more positive, to boot! ;)
