What I did to make my life better (small step)

In today's audio Coach Steele said to go and do something to make my life better. Well....I did the reading for the day and took advantage of the time change and the "earlier to bed" benefit for the kids and went downstairs and did 1.5 miles on the treadmill!

No killer workout, but a steady 3.5 mph with a 7% grade.  It got the old ticker going fairly well and worked up a decent sweat.

Afterwards I took advantage of the new pomagranite scented soap (from week one) that boasted the following on the back: "Juicy red pomagranite sparkles like rubies in the moonlight......enticing, fiery, seductive".

Now I feel good.......smell good...and to quote the Billy Crystal character "Fernando", I look marvelous....

Sooooooo.....what have you done for yourself today?

Red Dragons

Oh yeah.....I forgot....RED DRAGONS!

Thanks Ellis!

Love it!!

I went to the beach by myself today on my birthday and ran and played in the waves and enjoyed the sun and luxury of time to just BE!!  That's one of the many things I did today to make my life better :-)

But I dunno... that pomegranate soap sounded pretty damn good...

Good on you buddy!! :-)

Blessings to you and the family :-)

and for me...

Yesterday, I drove to work by myself.

I do this because, I drive to work and listen to music/audiobooks and they help me chill out and stay focussed before I arrive at the office.

Come to think of it though, I do that everyday!  Ok, think I need to add something else.

Today I am going training and exercising.
