Remember me???

Hi, my name is Big Shorty......and I haven't been doing my Tools days very well at all.  I could make excuses and explanations as to why I haven't, but that wouldn't change anything.

During my period I have been using ideas learned so far in Tools fairly well.  I have been in some new and stressful situations at work and I, along with others, have noticed a change in my attitude when dealing with these particular issues.

Also, I'm seeing the positive changes from making much better food choices and hitting the treadmill at least 5 days a week.  Since the first of the year I have drank 2 sodas........prior to then it was at least two a day!  People are noticing my weight loss which is only making me feel even better and providing positive reinforcement.

Ultimately, it comes down to this.....I"m back on track.  Monday-Friday I'll definitely be here...weekends are a little tough during this time of the year, but I'll be here when I can on Saturday/Sunday.

I wish you even more success!

Good!

You have the right attitude! We all fall off course now and again. *hugs* Andi

Keep on the Bike!

Thanks for the cheer, Big Shorty! Back at you! Lots of metaphors for practice and success all around us. I'm sure it takes a lot of practice, patience and perseverence to ride your motorcycle or bicycle. Plus, you have fun and feel fine after a great ride. All because you are in control.  Have a great day!
