One month's achievements

I'll make it easy on everyone.  Here they go, in no particular order:

  1. I've darn near kicked the soda habit completely.
  2. HUGE water drinker
  3. I brush those teeth like there is no tomorrow.
  4. "Opportunities", I've always used the term, now I really analyze them in both personal and business settings.
  5. Today was "Stop an smell the flowers".  I am fortunate enough to have spent most of the weekend in a tree stand concealed as a tree while hunting.  Not too many deer, so i watched the squirrels hide nuts, birds make winter preparations and enjoyed just how loud silence can be in the woods.
  6. I'm thinking through my opportunties and am working on some of them in reverse.  I have a situation which I am actively working on that will be resolved in three years, right now I'm working backward from a great margarita on the rocks with my feet up.  That where I'll be when I see success with this particular task!
  7. Grateful.....I do spend more time thinking about this, also dropping being grateful into conversations when others are being negative to show them that there are GREAT things in their lives.

That is where I stand..am I perfect?  By no means, but the intent is there and the will is getting stronger by the day.  I look forward to each new opportunity!

Be cool,

BigShorty
