I have been doing the course for a while now, but still find it heard to hear my inner voice when it comes to changing bad habits. One bad habit that I have is that I tend to spend money that I should not be spending when I get lonely and bored.
Another problem that I face is dealing with loneliness. The way that I deal with my loneliness is one of the chief things that I complain about.
I think that in the end that coach is right and it all ties together somehow. I will seize my opportunity to overcome these parts of my life and not fall victim to the fear of failure.
