It's Working

I am having an amazing time on the program so far.  I have learned a lot about myself, and I know that I have just scratched the surface.

The thing that I am really inpressed with is the changed in my attitudes, and my motivation.  My attitude really is my decision!!

Some of you know I am on the Weight Watcher program.  I have lost 61 pounds in a year and eight months.  Part of the weight watcher program is to drink at least six glasses of water per day.  I have always found it difficult to get in my water every day on my weight watcher program.  Of course you can imagine that I thought that I was going to have problem drinking even more water now.  I resolved to try because I was the only one stopping me from reaching this goal.

This week I got in eight glasses of water most days, and nine glasses one day.  I think that just getting in all my water all week was an accomplishment.

When I stepped on the scale this morning, I was also pleasantly surprised that I had lost weight.  I really think that increasing my water intake was a element in my weight loss efforts.  Of course I also stuck to my program and got some exercise in, but I think that finally taking the time to get the amount of water that my body really need helped a lot.

61 pounds down.  Only 24 more to goal.  I can do this with the right

tools.Laughing

i'm so glad to hear you've hurdled that plateau you were on. i'm so proud. i know i will be able to do the same. especially since you've been there to help encourage me. i'm so happy for you.  keep going, and keep succeeding.

Plateau Hurdled

I am glad that I am back on the losing side of things too.  I just fee bad to be paying for a program that isn't working because I am not doing what I am supposed to be doing.

So I track every day, eat the right foods, drink the water and exercise, and I lose the weight.  It is that simple.

I am glad to hear that I have been an encouragement to you.  I wish you continued success as well.

WAY TO GO!

Just wanted to say that you have done an amazing job, keep up the good work!!!

You can do it, keep going! You can do it, keep going!
