Goals Tracker Reality Check

Day 75, review your goal tracker.

Oops.

I had two, to work out every day and to study the programming languages I have to master for work.

The AM workout routine ran along nicely for three weeks, until the week before last. I just stopped. Actually, I  didn't control my bad habit of negative self appraisal, and failed to encourage myself and to see where I was making progress.

The study goal hit a snag when my study materials didn't show up. There was a hitch in my order and I paid for everything, but didn't receive the study and reference materials. This sounds like a stopper, but I DID get an electronic version of the study guide, so I Could have continued study. Reading for very long on the screen (as in normal reading, not scanning with brief bits of reading, as I normally do when working online) gets me a headache in short order. That made a handy excuse to 'hit it hard once the books show up.'

At the end of the day, I had just petered out on my goals.

Time to regroup and move forward!

I have ordered a workout program from an infomercial. Until it arrives I will do my daily workout in the am.

Headache, shmedache. I can read an hour a day, starting Today!
