Gotta Keep that Momentum Going

It has been a big week, with lots of good feedback and results.

 So, what's my second act?

I am using the goals tracker. This tool is a little bit hard for me. I tend to go overboard when I plan out goals. Sure, they seem like reasonable daily tasks when you look at them all by themselves. But I don't do them all by themselves. I do them in the context of work and a home life with my sweetheart. It turns out all too often that I've heaped too much onto my plate.

Or have I? Back in college (not that long ago. I didn't go until I was 38) there was always this sort of off-balance feeling of not quite keeping up. That is exactly what T2L is feeling like this week. I was thinking, maybe, that I'm losing the pace, falling behind the wave of the program.

Maybe not! After all, isn't running mostly a matter of falling forward, very fast? :)
