My Goals for this week.

I usually write down my goals for the week and try to complete my duties since next week. I think it is good  to have them written down. So those are my goals for this week.

  1. To keep up with my diet and loose 2 pounds. ( now I am 218,I am going to be 216 next monday)
  2. To complete micro MBA.
  3. To complete inofmration page of my website.
  4. To keep up with tools.
  5. Step up with chinese.
  6. Learn 70 new german words.
  7. Read 3 books.

Sometimes I feel that nothings gonna help me because I am far very old to be succesful again. The country full of young and unemployed brains so how can I find a way out. But however I am trying to keep my head on the water and catch my goals since I am going to be able to walk again.Being hopeless won!t help me obviously but I can not stop this usually.Reality hurts.

:)

Go easy with yourself

Great to write your goals down....I applaud you but go easy.  Sometimes we set things too hard and then feel life failures if we do not accomplish every single one.  Try this:  choose three goals only each week.  Write them down, then change the goal into a question:  For example if you want to lose weight, say how can I lose weight?  Answer the question in ten different ways and then commit to doing those things.  The dream will come true.  Take smaller bites.  Instead of 70 new words in a week, try 3 new words each day....the words will accumulate. If you set the goal to read three books and fail, you will feel bad.  Try, "I will enjoy reading for at least one hour each day"...then you will be surprised at how much reading you get to enjoy.  Good luck.
